ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS REQUIRE A MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

REGARDLESS IF ITEM IS OPENED OR UNOPENED.

 

Most UNOPENED & UNDAMAGED Apple products sold by Simply Macintosh returned within 14 days from the date of purchase must include original receipt, packaging in new condition.

Most UNOPENED & UNDAMAGED NON-Apple products must include original receipt, packaging (in good standing) & may be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All OPENED NON-Apple product returned within 14 days from the date of purchase must include original receipt, packaging (in good standing) & are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.

 

New Apple products are covered exclusively by manufacturer's 1 year warranty and include 90 days of phone tech support,

The customer is responsible for repairs and services NOT covered under Apple's warranty at the rate of $99.

Out of warranty or accidental damage repairs sent to Apple's depot are covered by a 90 day warranty.

Courtesy follow up service is available for 14 days after checkout.

Issues that were unrelated to the original issue require additional service costs.
