To ensure high quality of service, it is required that you leave your Mac or iOS device a minimum of 3-5 business days for both diagnosis and repair. If the repair queue is greater than 10 repairs; we quote a 6-10 business day turnaround time. It is always our intention to repair your devices swiftly, however repairs can be complex, issues intermittent and parts may need to be ordered.
